H.L. This is one of the best blackened death metal albums I ever heard. Brutal and heavy, sinister and evil, the album seems to be born in the satanic fires of hell. But this is only the base. There is also a decent mystic atmosphere included and this makes the album special like a more direct, aggressive and heavier version of Nile. Check the opener "Tar Uritharhain" or the epic "Corpus Tactus" and get crushed for yourself. Favorite track: Tar Uritharhain.
Ippocalyptica

Ippocalyptica I knew that I would eventually love a Satanath release, and it has finally occurred with Corpus Necromanthum's debut! There is definitely something in Costa Rica's water supply because the amount of first-tier death metal coming out of there recently is nothing short of impressive. Brutal, heavy, and simply overpowering, this has more riffs than you can shake a stick at, and most of them are golden!
YomaBarr

YomaBarr Funny band. Two live albums under their belt (check Live Session out, folks!), and now, a studio debut. And what a beast this is! Shit, Burial Hordes 🖤 class! Corpus Tactus got me shivers!

No bees though. Rather, I'm whirled, whirled, whirled around... whirl... and my brains are splashed out in the process.

p.s. I bought it for money. Satanath deserves some little gratitude, doesn't he, particularly when stuff is as good as this.

mourner F...ing unbelievable what Corpus Necromanthum unleash upon us with He...Who Suffers Knowledge. Turn up the volume and retreat from everyday life. If you're not careful with this monster it will blow your whole self away (starting with the socks of course - cheers bmurator). Most potent, bleak and brutal blackened death album of the year so far. Do yourself a favour and check this out. Favorite track: Corpus Tactus.

bmurator Death / Black Metal from Costa Rica. Wow! This is intense - blew me socks off as they say in this god forsaken land... The rhythm & riffs suck you in & those vocals are simply overpowering - there can be no escape! Plus it is their debut full length! The future for these guys is indeed bright & i look forward to it! Thanks Satanath! No faves & highly recommended!!!

aelia What a way to start an album! And what an incredible debut. I can’t get the image of being chased by bees on fire out of my head listening to this. Just like bmurator said, these vocals will overpower you. If I made year end lists this would be way up there.
